Our Story

(2019) Our restaurant ( COCO REST EAU ) operated in a small food trailer in a small village in New Brunswick of approximately 1700 citizens, Success is instantly incredible, people from everywhere are driving distance to taste our poutine flavor. After many customers told us this was the best poutine they had and since we are a bilingual area it was named ( La Best Poutine EVER!!! ) 

(2020) Time to expand and move to a permanent establishment and introduce Pizza to our menu.

(2021) In less than 3 years, we expand to a second permanent location 100 km away.

(2022)  As many good stories come to an end, the economy forces us to change our sails and change directions, the decision is made and we proceed with the closure of our locations but our vision continues.

(2023) Nearly 10,000 FB subscribers with 4.8/5 of 200 positive comments, We are launching our products available for all of Canada, and our vision is to reach 5% of the market.
